Caucus Success!
Thank you to ALL of the dedicicated members of the Washington County Virginia Democratic Committee for a fantastic turnout and participation of our new goals! We were all honored (and lucky enough) to retain our multi-tasking (post-op, soon to be back on the Creeper Trail and tennis court) Chair of our committee, Karl Busch, as well as electing a very talented, hardworking and optimistic new Vice-Chair of Operations, Mr. David Brooks. His participation in bringing new blood as well as his college friends' interest in the committee is most welcome.
Our committee is GROWING and thank all of you for your participation as one of the main goals of 2026 is to make MAJOR achievements while increasing our membership by making things FUN! Stay tuned for a TON of social events this year! Potluck get togethers, groups that want to get healthy and make new friends with a walk on the Creeper Trail, "get to know your neighbors" hot dog cook outs are just SOME of the great ideas that have been proposed by different members. Stay tuned and we all hope to see you and your neighbors at the next General Meeting, Feb. 12!
